This was our first visit to your hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. I am so grateful for the warm welcome we received from your staff and their exceptional professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Every detail was handled with care, from the check-in to our departure, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Special thanks to Maude, Skyla, Goran, Pascal, Martino, Charly, Rafic, and all the other employees who provided exceptional service during our stay. They made our visit even more delightful. The rooms we stayed in were outstanding, impeccably clean, and equipped with very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and quality tea and coffee. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was always impeccable. The warm and inviting atmosphere of your hotel made our stay unforgettable, particularly for our daughter, who had never visited Paris before. We were so impressed with your hotel that it has become our top choice for accommodation in Paris. We look forward to returning soon and creating even more incredible memories at your hotel. Everything was perfect. Really friendly staff, beautiful hotel, very chic rooms. Amazing reception , top quality breakfast. The bathroom had controlled heated floors, and smart toilet seat. The windows were sound proof and insulated properly. Everything was perfect. I also appreciated the sustainability notes left all over the bathroom on how to save water and eco-friendly practices, this shows you can be a luxury hotel but still conscious. We haven't tried it, but breakfast can be ordered to the room, breakfast in bed would have been amazing. The hotel is located in a very nice location near a great michelin star restaurant and a major shopping street plus all the parisian sights. Loved it, my husband and i would definitely go back. Thank for making our weekend in Paris an amazing experience.

The hotel has an amazing location, the rooms are spacious and clean . Staff are just out of this world 🤍 The reception staff were so helpful and kind . The gentlemen in the restaurant are so generous. The two gentlemen by the door are so friendly. The management team are just so professional. And we come to the crème de la crème of the hotel the concierge, Mr. Gerald. He can just make miracles come true, he is the golden card of the hotel. Please if you visit Paris, don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful hotel .

We were Visiting Paris for the Olympics. I wanted to get organised 6 months out so probably over paid. The hotel was in a great location with a huge array of Restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Minimal outside noise. We ate breakfast in the hotel. It was served buffet style and was excellent. You can also order a la carte items such as boiled eggs. All served until 12.00. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were all friendly and professional. Nice pool and sauna area.

He was kind, helpful and such a gentleman - a true highlight of our stay. The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect, it has everything you would need an more.
